Chipotle Chick’n Sandwich​

INGREDIENTS:​

2 1/2 c. Chipotle Mayonnaise*

20 Whole Wheat Buns, toasted

20 pieces Gardein® Breaded Chick’n Breasts (7426700152), cooked according to directions

2 1/2 c. Guacamole or Avocado, crushed

20 slices Red Onion

40 slices Tomato, vine ripe, 1/4" slice​

  1. Spread top and bottom of bun with 1 tbsp. chipotle mayo. 

  2. Place fried chick’n on bun and top with 1 oz. guacamole, 1 slice red onion and two tomato slices.

  3. Cut in half and serve.

 

 

*Substitute vegan option if desired.
